What to Include in a Support Request

To help troubleshoot faster, please include:

  • your device model

  • your OS version

  • the app version

  • a short description of what happened

  • the steps needed to reproduce the issue

  • screenshots, if relevant

Feature requests

Feature requests are welcome. If you have a workflow that would make scorekeeping easier, send it in.

Platform Support

Dugout Keeper is intended for:

  • iPhone

  • iPad

  • Macs with Apple silicon through Apple's compatibility layer for iPhone and iPad apps

The Mac version is the same app experience delivered through Apple compatibility support, not a separate native macOS build.
